This event is hosted by DKW Productions at a condo next to the Gin Joint on E. Bay Street. We will gather outside the gate for entry into the condo. This is near the Horse & Carriage. Thank you for registering in advance because there is limited space.
Claire Bateman's hybrid collection, THE PILLOW MUSEUM is forthcoming with FC2 Press in January 2025. She has been awarded Individual Artist Fellowships by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Tennessee Arts Commission, and the Surdna Foundation, as well as two Pushcart Prizes and the New Millennium Poetry Prize (also twice). She has taught at Clemson University, the Greenville Fine Arts Center, and various workshops and conferences. She lives in Greenville, SC, and is poetry editor of Hubris.
Our opening reader is Lisa Spears, author of her debut book Releasing Birds.
